You’ve done the training. You’ve built the knowledge.

But your day-to-day still looks like this:

  • Bound by funding models that dictate how care is delivered
  • Stuck in generalist consults that don’t reflect your expertise
  • Second-guessing your pricing, your offers, your next move
  • Working hard… but not building real momentum

You can see the practice you want.

You just can’t see the path to get there.

You don’t need more information. You need a clear path, and support to follow it.

Because building a private practice isn’t about knowing more.

It’s about:

  • Knowing what to focus on next
  • Taking the right steps in the right order
  • Having support when you get stuck
  • Building momentum that compounds over time

That’s the difference between staying where you are…
and building something that actually grows.

The ELNA Mentorship is the bridge between your training and your thriving practice.

It gives you:

  • A clear roadmap
  • Structured implementation
  • Real-time guidance
  • A global community of dietitians doing this alongside you

The Business Gestation Journey

A step-by-step pathway from “I’m thinking about it” → to “I have a waiting list.”

Like a pregnancy, your business follows a natural progression.

With the ELNA Business Gestation Journey, you will always know:

  • Where you are
  • What matters right now
  • What comes next

No more guessing. No more overwhelm.

I.

  • Business plan complete. Your why, your niche, your vision documented
  • Ready for first client. Legal, insurance, systems sorted
  • First client booked. Referrer pathway activated
  • Signature presentation ready. Your message, practiced and polished
II.

Profitable practice

From “doing it” to “doing it profitably”

  • Lead magnet live and achieving full-pay clients. You’re finally attracting the right type of client at the right price
  • First consultation package sold. You’re achieving client transformation, not hourly trades
  • Virtual Assistant hired. Clear processes, delegation, breathing room
III.

Scalable business

From practice to business

  • Your signature program launched. Landing page, campaign and promotion complete
  • First program sold. Marketing, sales, delivery tested
  • Scalable offer established. Repeatable system and referral engine running

This is what it feels like when you finally have a clear path forward:

Kirsty W., UK

Kirsty had the qualifications and the passion, but no clear direction on how to turn it into a thriving practice.

The business side felt overwhelming. Too many moving parts. No clear starting point.

Inside the mentorship, everything changed.

With a structured roadmap to follow, she no longer had to second-guess what to do next, or waste time figuring it out alone.

Instead, she could focus her energy on the right actions at the right time.

Now, she’s building her practice with clarity, confidence, and a clear sense of momentum.

The clients you have now vs the clients waiting for you

Your System-funded Caseload, Now

  • No-shows on Mondays. Excuses on Wednesdays. You become their reschedule button.
  • Price-sensitive (or free through the system). They’re not invested.
  • You feel like a number-processor, not a change-maker.
  • Gratitude? Rare. A genuine “thank you”? Rarer.

Your ELNA Practice, Future

  • They book weeks in advance. They do the homework. They show up early.
  • They’re prepared to invest, because they’re racing against their own clock.
  • Motivated to see you. You’re the specialist they’ve been searching for.
  • You feel the impact. Every. Single. Client.
150M couples try to conceive each year
1 in 6 will struggle
15% will develop gestational diabetes
1 in 4 will experience a pregnancy complication

They are actively looking for support.
They are motivated.
They are willing to invest.

The only question is: will they find you?

This is what happens when dietitians stop undercharging for specialist care:

Dara B., USA

After 20 years working within insurance-based models, Dara had built experience, but not a business that reflected her true value.

Like many dietitians, she accepted lower-paying clients as “part of the system”… even though it no longer felt aligned.

Inside the mentorship, that shifted.

She began stepping away from her lowest-paying contracts, recognising that as a fertility specialist, her expertise deserved to be priced differently.

Today, Dara is transitioning out of insurance-based work, building a practice where her income reflects her impact, not outdated reimbursement rates.

Inside the mentorship, it’s not just theory. It’s everything working together:

“The resources and community made all the difference.”

— Meagan C., USA

Instead of piecing everything together alone, Megan now has the tools, support, and structure to actually move forward.

This is what support looks like when you’re not doing it alone anymore:

“I needed someone to take me by the hand and guide me, so I didn’t fall into all the common mistakes at the beginning.”

— Filipa B., UK

Now, instead of guessing her way forward, Filipa is building her practice with clarity and support at every step.

Let’s talk about the money thing.

You’re allowed to charge for your expertise.

In fact, you should.

Because specialist care creates better outcomes.
And clients who invest… commit.

But we know it can feel uncomfortable.

That’s why we show you:

  • What to charge
  • How to say it
  • How to respond when someone hesitates

Confidence doesn’t come from guessing.
It comes from clarity and preparation.

This is the shift most dietitians need to make before their business can grow:

Eulalee Green

“The modules helped me accept that what I do is valuable, and that if I want to transition into private practice, I’ve got to learn to charge for it.”

— Eulalee G., UK

Like many dietitians, Eulalee entered private practice with a deep desire to help, but uncertainty around charging for her services.

She knew her work had value… but owning that value felt uncomfortable.

Inside the mentorship, that mindset began to shift.

Through the modules and support, she developed a new understanding of her role: not just as a provider of advice, but as a specialist delivering meaningful outcomes.

Now, she’s building a practice where her pricing reflects the value she brings, with far greater confidence.

What happens if nothing changes?

You stay where you are:

  • Doing work that doesn’t reflect your expertise
  • Wondering “what if”
  • Watching others build what you know you could too

Or…

You follow a proven path, with support, and finally build the practice you’ve been thinking about for years.

Who this is for

This is for you if

  • You’ve done the training (NTFF or NTFP)
  • You can see the practice you want. You just need a clear path to get there
  • You’re ready to charge what specialist care is actually worth
  • You want to build alongside dietitians who get it
  • You’re ready to commit to the process and show up consistently

This is not for you if

  • You’d rather stay studying than see clients
  • You’re not willing to charge what your specialist expertise is worth
  • You’d rather figure it out alone
  • You’re not willing to follow the process and show up consistently
ELNA's partnership with Compassion International, supporting mothers and babies

Build a practice that creates impact beyond your clients

When you join the ELNA Mentorship, your growth doesn’t just impact your own clients.

Each mentee supports one mother and baby through our partnership with Compassion International.

This means that as you build your practice, you’re also helping provide:

  • Nutrition support
  • Healthcare access
  • Ongoing care during the critical first 1000 days

For a mother and child who would otherwise go without.

Because we believe that the first 1000 days shouldn’t just shape the health of the families you serve…

They should shape the health of families around the world.

And this is what happens when it all starts to come together:

“I feel so much more confident in what I’m doing and where I’m going.”

— Avery K., USA

Avery is no longer second-guessing every step. She’s building her practice with clarity and direction.

Frequently asked questions

I don’t feel “ready” yet. Should I wait?

Here’s what I’ve noticed after mentoring hundreds of dietitians:

The ones who waited until they “felt ready” are usually the ones still waiting two years later.

Think back to every meaningful thing you’ve ever done: starting NTFF, your first consult, your first difficult client. Did you feel ready before, or did readiness come after you committed?

It’s not a matter of feeling ready. It’s a matter of deciding you’re done waiting.

And here’s the part nobody tells you: the dietitians who wait for “ready” often end up two years older, still in the same insurance-capped role, watching colleagues build the practice they kept thinking about.

You already did the hard part when you trained in specialist care. This is just the next step.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

2–4 hours per week. Which is less than most dietitians already spend doom-scrolling private practice forums trying to figure it out alone.

Here’s what’s interesting: the members who get the biggest results aren’t the ones with the most time. They’re the ones who trade 2–4 hours of “figuring it out” for 2–4 hours of structured work on the right things.

It’s not a matter of finding more time. It’s a matter of redirecting the time you’re already spending on business worry into business building.

I’ve tried other business programs. What makes this different?

Most business programs teach generic entrepreneurship. They’re designed for people selling anything: courses, coaching, SaaS, agencies.

The ELNA Mentorship is built by a dietitian, for dietitians, specifically in fertility, pregnancy, and early childhood. That means we skip the “what’s a niche?” lesson and start with “here’s how to price gestational diabetes packages for clients with private insurance.”

If you’ve been in a general business program that left you thinking “but how does this apply to my clinical work?”, this is the answer.

What makes this different from the ELNA Collective?

The Collective is the library.
The Mentorship is the gym with a coach.

One gives you access to knowledge. The other gives you the structure, accountability, and real-time feedback to actually apply it.

You can read every book in a library and still not be able to bench press 200 pounds. That’s not a library problem. It’s a mechanism problem.

The Collective is beautiful for staying connected and receiving curated resources.
The Mentorship is where practices actually get built.

If the Collective is “stay in touch with ELNA,” the Mentorship is “build the practice your training was for.”

What resources do I get, and how is this different from the Collective?

Mentorship members get full access to the ELNA Resource Hub (every clinical and business resource), plus first access to every new ELNA resource the day it’s released.

Collective members receive two resources per month (one clinical on the 1st, one business on the 14th). These are the same Mentorship-grade resources from the Hub. We’re simply sharing a curated selection each month.

Already in Expansion? You keep full ELNA Resource Hub access when you transition into Mentorship. If you choose to downgrade to Collective, Hub access is not retained.

Is the investment worth it for me?

Let’s do the math that most people don’t do.

US$497/month for mentorship. 12 months = US$5,964.

Now price the alternative: one additional specialist client per month at your new specialist rate would pay for the entire year of mentorship in roughly 2–3 clients. After that, the mentorship has paid for itself and everything else is profit you wouldn’t have built otherwise.

Compare that to another year in insurance-capped work, wondering what could have been possible. That math is much more expensive. It just doesn’t show up on a statement.

Is it tax deductible?

It may be, but please get personalised advice from your accountant.

What if I join and it doesn’t work for me?

Two safety nets.

First: You have 30 days inside to decide. If it isn’t yours, email Melanie by day 30 for a full refund. No conditions. No interrogation.

Second: If you’re past day 30 and you’re showing up (attending sessions, doing the work, following the Business Gestation Journey) and something still isn’t clicking, Melanie will sit down with you 1:1 to figure out what’s missing. That’s not a loophole. That’s her personal commitment to every mentee.

The question isn’t whether it works. We know it works. Kirsty, Dara, Eulalee, and every case study on this page tells you that.

The only question is whether you’ll show up for it.
