You’ve done the training — but you’re still working out how to apply it in practice.
You’ve invested in your education.
You care deeply about your clients.
You know how important the first 1000 days are.
But in day-to-day practice, it can still feel… uncertain.
- You second-guess your recommendations.
- You wonder how other dietitians would approach the same case.
- You want to stay up to date — but don’t have time to sift through the research.
- You miss having a space where you can ask questions and think things through.
And without that ongoing support, it’s easy to lose momentum.
Not because you’re not capable —
but because you’re doing it alone.
This is exactly where the ELNA Collective fits.
A place to stay connected, supported, and clinically confident.
What is the ELNA Collective?
The ELNA Collective is your low-pressure professional home base after completing an ELNA course. It’s designed to help you:
- Stay connected to the ELNA community
- Access curated, evidence-based resources
- Ask questions and share experiences
- Keep growing
It’s flexible, supportive, and designed to meet you wherever you are in your practice journey.
What you’ll experience inside the ELNA Collective
A trusted space to ask questions
Bring your clinical questions, tricky cases, or “am I on the right track?” moments — and hear how other dietitians are thinking through similar situations — so you’re not second-guessing your decisions in isolation.
Practical resources you’ll actually use
Each month, you’ll receive two carefully curated resources designed to support your real-world practice.
Think:
- Client-friendly fact sheets
- Clinical cheat sheets and quick-reference guides
- Referral tools and professional templates
Resources you can apply immediately.
What if I want more support?
The Collective is intentionally flexible and low-pressure.
It does not include weekly mentoring, structured implementation, personalised accountability, or the ELNA Business Gestation Journey.
If you’re ready for faster growth in your practice, ELNA Mentorship is the next step.

But meaningful work is easier to sustain when you are supported.
The ELNA Collective gives you a place to return to, a community to learn from, and resources to help you keep showing up with confidence.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to have completed an ELNA course?
Yes. The Collective is designed for ELNA-trained dietitians, so everyone shares a strong foundational knowledge base.
Can I upgrade to ELNA Mentorship later?
Yes. Many dietitians begin in the Collective and transition into Mentorship when they’re ready for more structure, implementation support and accountability.
How much time do I need?
As much or as little as you like. The Collective is designed to fit around your schedule. The peer discussion group is open 24/7 to ask questions, share ahas and discuss the resources. There’s no course or milestones in the Collective.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. The Collective is month-to-month, with no lock-in contract. Membership is billed monthly. Payment grants access for that billing period only. Membership continues until cancelled. Applicable tax will be applied at checkout. Price in USD and any currency conversion fees are charged by your bank. ELNA Collective is for individual use only and may not be shared.
What resources do I get, and how is this different from the ELNA Mentorship?
Mentorship members get full access to the ELNA Resource Hub (every clinical and business resource), plus first access to every new ELNA resource the day it’s released.
Collective members receive two resources per month (one clinical on the 1st, one business on the 14th). These are the same Mentorship-grade resources from the Hub. We’re simply sharing a curated selection each month.
Already in ELNA Expansion? You’ll keep full ELNA Resource Hub access when you transition into Mentorship. If you choose to downgrade to Collective, the Resource Hub and Success Pathway access is not retained.
What makes this different from the ELNA Mentorship?
The Collective is the library. The Mentorship is the gym with a coach.
One gives you access to knowledge. The other gives you the structure, accountability, and real-time feedback to actually apply it.
You can read every book in a library and still not be able to bench press 200 pounds. That’s not a library problem. It’s a mechanism problem.
The Collective is beautiful for staying connected and receiving curated resources.
The Mentorship is where practices actually get built.
If the Collective is “stay in touch with ELNA,” the Mentorship is “build the practice your training was for.”
P.S. If you’re short on time, this is a simple way to stay supported without adding pressure. Dip in when you need, use what’s helpful, and stay connected to a community that understands your work.
